David implemented a sales lead capture and triaging system process at APMG-International, which increased the number of direct sales and reduced the workload in processing leads.
He developed KPI data visualisation dashboards for Beckman Coulter, which were used across northern Europe to streamline commercial reviews.
In four months, he designed and developed a system for MyClean to manage its end-to-end business operations, from client onboarding to automated invoicing. This system has enabled MyClean to grow its business successfully.
He undertook a large data analysis project for Beckman Coulter, which revealed a market opportunity with existing clients to increase revenue for the region by £2m.
He has designed and developed a document template solution for Johnsons, which is used internally and sold as a standalone service. It saves staff many hours per week and reduces Johsnons’ costs.
