Worked in the UK, Ireland and Australia and at four of the top five global accounting firms.
Advising and auditing clients in the technology, professional services, leisure, hospitality, manufacturing, wholesale and NFP sectors.
Leading the delivery of audits for listed companies, large privately owned international companies and Private Equity owned businesses.
Identifying business and audit risks and offering solutions to mitigate them.
Discussing solutions in layman’s terms.
Helping clients to address weaknesses in internal controls and IT systems supporting their financial reporting.

Completed many challenging audits, e.g.

The audit of a UK publicly listed company was completed on time, within 10 weeks from the appointment date.
Audits for clients seeking debt financing.
Audits for clients seeking equity investment by third parties.
The audit of a large Private Equity owned entity where client staff availability was limited – due to Covid.
The audit of a public-listed company that acquired and liquidated a material investment in a subsidiary in the same accounting period. Despite difficulties with the accounting records supporting the liquidated subsidiary, the audit was completed on time.

Rob is a keen sports fan, regularly attending English Premier League games and his sons’ rugby games.
