Qualifications

• Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (ACIPP)

Experience

• Jon is the main lead for running monthly directors’ payrolls.
• Responsible for processing client payrolls and providing technical advice with regard to auto-enrolment pension schemes, statutory payments and NI/PAYE queries.
• Previously, he served in the Armed Forces for 20 years.

Achievements

• Completes complex payrolls for over 200 clients on both a weekly and monthly basis, consistently achieving all targets.
• This includes making last-minute adjustments or querying calculations to help our clients pay their employees promptly and accurately.
• He regularly informs clients of outstanding HRMC debts and works with them to understand how the debt has occurred..

Personal

Jon is an avid BBQ enthusiast and hopes to build an outdoor BBQ area this year.
