  • Her extensive portfolio encompasses a diverse range of sectors, including FCA-regulated entities, property investment, hospitality, logistics, hotel operations, banks, investment funds, securitisation companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and holding companies
  • UK GAAP and IFRS certified and a key liaison with the FRC.
  • Calculating Corporation Tax for corporate clients, including group relief claims
  • Providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance.
  • An integral part of the Technical Audit Department
  • Appraising staff, coaching, staff development and team performance management
  • Delivering high-quality audit services and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Liaising with clients on complex matters, aiding in adopting new accounting standards, managing technical issues and presenting at board meetings.

  • As Audit Director, has audited the States of Guernsey and the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
  • Previously was both a Director Responsible for Internal Audits and Head of an Audit Banking division.

  • She has never lost a client due to work quality or failure to meet expectations.
  • Helped FCA-sanctioned clients to rapidly come out of sanctions by ensuring that proper processes and procedures were being followed

Personal

Geeta is a member of Toastmasters and was previously President of the London Business School Toastmasters Club. She is studying for the Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) qualification and enjoys managing her small portfolio of investment properties.
