We’re a UK firm of Chartered Accountants. Our risk management services team is led by a Partner who is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (CMIIA).
Risk Management Scope
We help check that your risk management and internal controls are working as intended. – by providing a “Third Line of Defence (3LoD).
We’ll help you reduce your risks by analysing how effectively they are being identified, mitigated and managed within your organisation.
We will help you improve your risk management by:
- Analysing your strategic, financial, operational and compliance risks
- Reviewing and improving your risk registers and reporting frameworks
- Embedding risk ownership and escalation protocols within your organisation
- Aligning board-level risk appetite with your corporate governance requirements
- Reviewing your risk management arrangements
- Providing risk assurance
