Benchmarking and Thematic Reviews – Scope

Our benchmarking and thematic reviews will provide you with independent insight to help you improve. We:

  • Benchmark your performance, processes and controls against peers and best practice
  • Identify sector trends, emerging risks and good practice across similar organisations
  • Conduct thematic reviews on priority areas (e.g. governance, cyber, data, financial control)
  • Provide data-led, visual reports with practical recommendations
  • Help you set improvement targets and track progress over time
